How does Lisman Studio charge for Design Services?
Fee structures for design service are usually arranged with the client once the scope of work has been established. Compensation is typically done in a combination of the following ways:
RETAINER
Lisman Studio requires an initial retainer in the amount of $500, $1000 or $5000 in order for design work to begin. The range of the retainer will be determined by you and your designer after you discuss the scope of the project. Lisman Studio design staff charges hourly for time. Rates range from $50-$100 an hour depending on the experience level of the designer. You will receive bi-weekly statements keeping you posted on your account balance.
PURCHASES
Lisman Studio will make every effort to find the best selections at the best value to our clients. Purchases are invoiced at our best price plus 25%.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Before beginning any project, our designers meet with you to discuss your needs and ideas. During this initial 1 hour consultation you and your designer will decide the most cost effective way to work together. The initial consultation is no charge and if you choose, there will be no further obligation.
